DEMKO Group's precision instrument engineering team is capable of designing precision instruments for various industrial, oil, gas, refinery and petrochemical projects; designing, compiling and validating all precision instrument and F&G engineering documents from basic design to detailed design and implementation; assisting in risk assessment from hazard analysis to HazOp Study and consequences and frequency analysis of events (Risk Assessment) and reliability engineering (RAM Study/SIL Study).
In the field of engineering, purchasing precision instruments, consulting and conducting technical negotiations with bidding companies, conducting technical correspondence with suppliers and vendors, preparing TCL, Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), holding KOM meetings, post-contract negotiations, reviewing suppliers' design and construction documents based on VPIS, and in fact, evaluating and selecting main and subcontractors for engineering and execution, suppliers of goods and equipment, as well as carrying out other related technical-commercial matters up to the delivery of equipment and preparation of the Final Data Book are other services provided by DEMKO Group's experienced colleagues.​​​​​​​

DEMKO Group plays a significant role in the proper progress of the project in technical-commercial matters by preparing a special vendor list for the company, preparing technical proposals for tenders, identifying and evaluating executive contractors and suppliers, carrying out commercial procedures, technical negotiations with companies, conducting correspondence, consulting with suppliers and vendors, leading KOM meetings, editing EPC and commercial contracts, and also carrying out other related technical-commercial matters, up to inspection, transfer, and delivery of equipment to the project.
